Is there any more point of this xanga thing? No.

With everybody gone and everybody's past blogs gone for those who hasn't upgraded, there is no point.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, everybody! (Whoever is here still..~)

So the new xanga is here.

Yet it's not what it used to be and I don't think it will ever be what it wants to become. People these days don't really blog anymore, myself included. Signing in to xanga even before the restructure has became less and less.

So I just read that xanga 2.0 briefing again and realized that even for Lifetime Premium members like me, that won't be the case much longer. If I had to pay for keeping a blog here, then that is definitely not a necessity and I would never pay to use a third party blog site that this has become.

For those of you that are still around, I would still come on to read your blogs from time to time~

Never seen Cars, but as an #AvGeek I definitely have to watch this movie!

Watched The Conjuring today, Shannon Kook is super cute!

Reminds me of the time he walked past me while I was working at the Royal Ontario Museum couple years ago.
I really regret not trying to talk to him!

Went to watch Pacific Rim with a friend today. We watched the 3D version and in the special D-Box seats that some theaters have. The D-box seats actually move along with the movie which was quite interesting~

Watched Man of Steel with my mom last night. I think the ending was a bit too stretched out, should've cut down on some of the battle scenes. Overall, it gave me a better understanding of where Superman came from though~

This past Sunday, I went to watch a screening of Drug War (毒戰) by Director Johnnie To (杜琪峯) with my mom.
The director even made an appearance at the end of the movie to give a little Q&A before heading off to YYZ to take his flight back to Hong Kong~
In my opinion, he really does have that "director feel" as all the questions that he was being asked, I think that he never gave a direct answer to each question.

Watched Now You See Me last night, it was quite interesting mixing magic into crimes and at the end the big reveal of the entire plot coming together. There were a few parts that I couldn't quite understand the first time, mainly because my friend kept on asking me questions during the movie and it was really quite annoying... I would love to watch this movie again just so I can understand it better!

I can't believe I just watched a movie with talking dogs..
The only justification was that I was on a tour bus with nothing else to do~

Watched this movie on Saturday that was shown as part of Cineplex's family favourites.
It was interesting watching a movie that showed horses communicating in horse language~
